You are purchasing the physical, one-of-a-kind artwork. The artist keeps all copyright and reproduction rights, including the right to create and sell prints of the artwork
Can I make prints or reproductions of the artwork I buy?
2
No. Purchasing artwork does not include permission to reproduce, copy, scan, resell, or use the artwork commercially unless this is clearly agreed to in writing.
Are prints made from original paintings?
3
Yes. All prints are reproductions of original, one-of-a-kind artworks created by the artist. Buying a print does not transfer any copyright or licensing rights.
What about commissioned artwork?
4
Commissions require a non-refundable deposit. Once work begins, commissions are not refundable. The artist keeps all copyright and may display the work in portfolios or online unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Can I return artwork if I change my mind?
5
All original artwork, prints, and commissions are final sale. Refunds are only considered if artwork arrives damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Will the artwork look exactly like it does online?
6
While all artwork is photographed as accurately as possible, colors and details may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting. These minor variations are normal and do not constitute a defect. Each piece is carefully represented, but the original artwork often has more depth, texture, and nuance when viewed in person.
