Original Artwork
Due to the unique nature of original artwork:
All original artwork sales are final
Refunds or replacements are only considered if the artwork arrives damaged.
Damaged Artwork
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damage and packaging
Approved claims will be resolved with a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Prints
Prints are final sale unless damaged in transit
Minor colour variations are not considered defects
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Commissions
Deposits are non-refundable
Once work has begun, commissions cannot be refunded
Final payment is required before delivery
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
