Original Artwork

Due to the unique nature of original artwork:

  • All original artwork sales are final

Refunds or replacements are only considered if the artwork arrives damaged.

Damaged Artwork

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved with a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Prints

  • Prints are final sale unless damaged in transit

  • Minor colour variations are not considered defects

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Commissions

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Once work has begun, commissions cannot be refunded

  • Final payment is required before delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
