INSPIRATION:

Born from a desire to explore growth, resilience, emotional renewal, and the necessity of patience in personal transformation. Just as flowers fade to allow for new growth, emotional healing requires letting go of past habits or pain to allow for a new, stronger version of ourselves to appear. They don’t grow overnight, and neither do we: healing can’t be forced, but must happen in its own time.

No due date, no timeline and no deadlines.

In Bloom was inspired by a conversation about the cyclical nature of healing, as we can simultaneously undergo three different phases: learning, becoming, and ascending.

We’re often healing various aspects of ourselves at once, not only healing wounds, but past versions of ourselves, old patterns, belief systems, self-worth, intimacy and so much more. And we’re usually tackling a number of these things at once, all in different stages of learning, unlearning, healing, and integrating.

I wanted to lean into this phase of ‘becoming’ with In Bloom. This idea that the becoming is a transformative phase of growing into a more authentic, strong and whole version of ourselves instead of reverting to an old pattern or trying to achieve an unrealistic state of perfection. It really emphasizes that healing is this ongoing and evolving journey of self discovery, where we integrate pain into our stories instead of rejecting it.
